Medicare NASH SHA1/expired certificates no longer supported by eRx script exchange from 25/6/24

eRx Script Exchange has advised they will be enabling certificate validation on 25 June 2024 and any Practices using an expired NASH certificate will be unable to electronically transmit prescriptions to eRx. Practices must ensure an up-to-date NASH certificate has been configured for eRx.

Action required: To continue sending electronic scripts via eRx after 25 June 2024, you must:

  • Confirm eRx has been configured to use the latest in date NASH certificate. Further instructions on updating certificates
  • Confirm the June 2024 Data Update has been run successfully and no errors have occurred updating eRx

If you require any assistance with this, please contact DMS before 25/6 to avoid any eRx/E-script related issues.
