As you may already be aware, Medisecure have been involved in a cyber breach. While the details are still not fully known, DMS would advise you exercise caution and that you treat any emails, SMS, or calls in relation to the breach as suspicious.

Hackers and bad actors could use the Medisecure breach as an opportunity to trick you into allowing access into your systems, clicking on malicious links, providing information over the phone, etc, by posing as agents from Medisecure, or a party investigating the breach.
